6 medium baking potatoes
1 T. olive oil
1 T. minced garlic; or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put a nonstick baking sheet in the oven and heat to 450. If you use a regular baking sheet, you may want to use nonstick vegetable spray. Peel potatoes and cut lengthwise down the center and then into 2-inch cubes. Toss the potato cubes with the remaining ingredients. Spread the potatoes out on the cooking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, turning them a few times so that all sides brown.

About 115 calories/potato depending on the size of the potato. No cholesterol!
