2 lb. spinach
12 mushrooms
2 ripe avocados
1/2 lb. crisp bacon
1/2 cup large curd cottage cheese
Dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 T. onion flakes
1/3 cup cider vinegar
3/4 cup salad oil
1 T. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients together ahead of time. I think one half of this amount is all the dressing you need.
Divide dressing in half and mix with cottage cheese. Pour other half over spinach, mushrooms, avocados and bacon. Toss. Add cottage cheese and serve immediately.
