1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. milk Triple this for a large family dinner
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Add 1 cup sifted flour to above mixture to make a stiff dough. Roll thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and slice thin. Let dry - ready to cook. Yum, Yum
