1 1/2 heads lettuce (shredded)
3 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
Any other veggies you like in a salad. I usually add cucumbers, red/green or jalapeno peppers
1 large can chili beans (drained)
1 pkg. finely shredded cheese (colby, taco, velvetta)
Crushed doritos or fritos
1 16 oz. bottle of Kraft Catalina Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Shred lettuce, add other vegetables then add beans, doritos or fritos and cheese. When ready to serve cover with Catalina dressing and stir well. Does not do well as leftover. Great summer family potluck salad.
