3 cups self-rising flour
1 12 oz. can beer (any brand will do)
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 cup butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, sugar and beer. Pour into greased loaf pan. Top with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. I like to serve this when I make chili. Very coarse and heavy - yummy!
