1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. uncooked oats or rice
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 t. salt or garlic salt
1/4 t. black pepper
1 c. tomato ketchup
2 T. chopped bell pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pack firmly in lightly greased loaf pan or other baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Top with ketchup.
