2 pkg. strawberry jello
Boiling water
2 pkg. frozen strawberries - small
1 8 oz sour cream
1 cup pecans - chopped
2 bananas (crushed - use 1 at a time)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello (1 pkg. of the two) with 1 cup boiling water. Crush 1 pkg. of strawberries frozen and mix with jello. Let this set. When set, spread 1 carton sour cream on jello and set up again. Mix 1/2 cup pineapple, 1 crushed banana and pecans. Put over jello and sour cream. Repeat jello, strawberries, let set - add 1/2 cup pineapple and 1 crushed banana and pecans. Let set. Keep refrigerated until serving

Judy loved strawberry jello dishes - she was always "in charge" of jello for family dinners. May seem time consuming, but really waiting for it to set before putting on last layer is what makes it seem like that.
