Zuccini sliced 1/4" thick 1/2 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise water Flour Olive Oil
Mix Mayonnaise with enough water to thin it down. Put flour in plastic bag, enough to cover zuccini. Dip zuccini in mayo mixture then shake in flour to cover. Fry in hot oil until lightly browned, turning once. Place on paper towel to absorb oil. Salt lightly.
