1 c. Ground Jalapeņo Peppers
1/3 c. Ground Red Bell Peppers
7 c. Bottled Apple Juice
1 c. Vinegar
2 packages Sure Jell
12 c. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients in large kettle. Bring to a boil (one you can't stir down). Add sugar and bring to a rolling boil again. Boil for 2 minutes. Pack into jars and seal in water bath for 10 minutes.
