2 tbsp. olive oil, divided
1 cup red pepper, 1/4" strips
1/4 cup onions, 1/2" wedges
1 lb. chicken breasts, skinned, boned, 1" pieces
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
12" BOBOLI original italian pizza crust
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Add 1 tbsp. oil to preheated skillet. When oil is hot, add peppers and onions; saute until seared. Remove from pan and set aside. Add remaining oil to hot skillet; sear chicken, then toss with vegetables and barbecue sauce.
Fill pizza crust with cheese, leaving a 1" border. Top with chicken mixture. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes on a baking sheet in lower 1/3 of oven. Cool slightly and serve.
