1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 1/2 cups salted cashews
1 tsp butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar and syrup in microwave in large glass bowl for three minutes. Stir and cook three minutes longer. Stir in cashews and butter. Cook 30 seconds or until turns amber. Quickly stir in baking soda and vanilla until light and foamy. Immediately pour onto greased baking sheet and spread with metal spatula as mixture is very hot. Let set and then break into pieces. Store in air tight container.
