1/3 cup water
1/3 cup flour
2 tsp. sesame seeds
chicken breasts

Heat oil. Mix ingredients together and dip cubed chicken breasts into batter, a few at a time. Fry a few at a time, 4 minutes or until done.

Nippy Pineapple Sauce: Mix 1 jar of pineapple or peach preserves, 1/4 cup prepared mustard, and 1/4 cup prepared horseradish.

Dill Sauce: 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. finely chopped dill, 1 tsp. dill weed.
