5 lbs potatoes
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1/2 pint sour cream
1 stick margarine
salt and pepper
milk (as needed,if too thick)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut peeled potatoes into cubes. Cook, drain and mash with mixer.
Add other ingredients and mix until smooth.

Can be stored in refrigerator several days or can be place in container and frozen.

When ready to serve, put potatoes, thawed in casserole and bake in 350 oven until hot (30-40 minutes).
Can be heated in microwave.
