4 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 cup catsup 1/4 tsp.nutmeg 1 lb. ground beef 1 egg 1/2 cup cornflakes 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. chopped onion
Mix sugar, mustard, catsup and nutmeg in small bowl. Mix ground beef, egg, cornflakes, salt, pepper and onion in medium bowl. Add 1/3 of the sauce to ground beef mixture. Form 8 balls and place in ungreased muffin tins. Top each ball with remaining sauce. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes.
