1/3 C. Milk
1 C. Flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Boiling Broth

Directions:
Directions:
In med. bowl add flour and salt and mix. Add beaten egg and milk. Stir with fork until thick. Drop by tsp or Tlb. into boiling broth. Cover and simmer 12 to 15 minutes.

I always double this recipe and also at times I make the dumplings large. Great with sweet and sour cabbage over them. Small dumplings are great in soups. A real Belly Hugger.
