6 egg, beaten well
1 qt. milk
3/4 tsp. baking powder
dash of salt (optional)
3 1/2 c. flour (approx.) batter will be then

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, add rest of ingredients mix well.

2. Use soup ladle and pour one ladle full onto large frying pan. Tip frying pan so batter covers whole pan. Pancakes will be thin. Bake until golden brown on each side.

3. Serve with butter. Roll up pancakes with jelly or jam on the inside.
