2 lb chuck roast
1 large white onion
1 small bag of pinto beans
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Cover in large pot and cook until beans are soft
Before adding following ingredients Do Not Pour Off any Liquid
Brown 4 lbs. Ground Beef with/1 large onion
1 whole clove garlic
Brown this and drain water off
Add to the beans after cooking:
Ground Beef mixture
3 lg. cans tomato sauce
1 lg. onion
Chili Powder to taste
2 pkgs. Williams Chili Seasoning
Salt to taste
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1 can beer (will tenderize all meat)
Dash of Tabasco or Jalapenos diced if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together roast, onion, pinto beans, soup mix and water cook until beans are soft.Brown ground beef with onion, garlic and drain after browning.
Add ground beef mixture, tomato sauce, onion, williams chili seasoning, brown sugar, chili powder, salt, ketchup, beer, tabasco sauce or dice Jalapeno peppers to taste. Simmer for 3-4 hrs.
