1 whole garlic bulb
1 tbsp. veg. oil
8 potatoes
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 t. parsley
3 green onions
1 can whole kernal corn, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mince garlic and place into bowl. Boil potatoes, and mash with garlic in bowl adding sour cream, onions, and corn. Top with cheddar cheese.
