CAKE:
1 box white or yellow cake mix
3 oz. box strawberry jello
1 c. Crisco oil
4 large eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. thawed and drained strawberries, retain juice for icing
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. shredded coconut (optional)

ICING:
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
Strawberry juice from above
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. shredded coconut (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above cake ingredients at medium speed for 2 minutes until well blended. Pour batter into a greased and lightly floured 9x13 pan or 2-9 inch pans. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done (test with toothpick).

Frosting:
Cream room temperature margarine (do not melt) and powdered sugar together. Add strawberry juice as needed for consistency. Add nuts and coconut if desired and spread over cake.
