tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce
chili powder, Italian seasoning

beans- I usually use red beans, black beans, kidney beans and just a variety of beans.

This is just a "memory" recipe. In other words, I add things as I remember them and never stop to look at a recipe. I usually brown about three pounds of hamburger meat, drain it, and then throw in my chopped peppers, onions and celery, stirring continuously all the time. Then I add tomato paste and tomato sauce, depending how large your crowd is as to how large the cans are. Then I start adding tomatoes . I put as many cans as I want depending on the crowd. I get that stirred and add all the seasonings mentioned above. I let that cook several hours or so before adding the beans (you don't want the beans to fall apart since they are already cooked when you add them). Then, after another 15-20 minutes, you are done.
