4 cups frozen southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed 8 oz. rondele Pub Cheese Garlic and Herb soft spreadable cheese 1/3 cup sour cream 1/3 cup shredded mild natural cheddar cheese 1/4 cup chopped green onion 2 tbsp. butter, melted
Heat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients except pub cheese. Spoon into a 1 quart casserole dish. Bake in oven 30 minutes or microwave 15 minutes. Stir in pub cheese while still hot. Reheat in oven for 10 minutes or microwave for 5 minutes.
