1 cup white or brown rice
1 can chicken broth
1 lb. cooked chicken, shred into pieces
1 cup chopped onion
salt & pepper dashes
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheese
1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Use broth to cook the rice according to the directions on the box of rice. Spread cooked rice in a 9 x 13 pan.
On top of the rice spread the following (mixed together): chicken, onion, salt, pepper, chili pwd.,soup, sour cream, cheese and Rotel tomatoes.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
