1 15 oz. can artichoke hearts (drained)
1 can green chilies
1 8 oz. jar mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 10 oz. pkg. spinach (drained/thawed)

Directions:

Mix together all ingredients and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
