14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 c grated parmesan cheese 1 c real mayonnaise 1/2 c green scallion onion tops, chopped (optional)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together artichokes, parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise. Place in small baking dish. Top with green onions. Bake 45 minutes or until brown and bubbling. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips. AWESOME!
