2 pounds ground sirloin
3-1/2 pounds top round (1/2" cubes)
5 tablespoons coarsely chopped onion
4 cloves garlic (minced)
4 teaspoons chili powder
1-1/2 teaspoons oregano
1-1/2 teaspoons cumin
2 cups beef broth
1 can (l pound-13 ounces) tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon yellow cornmeal

Brown meat, remove meat and drain. Add onion and garlic. Saute. Stir in spices. Mix till coated. Add remaining ingredients. Add meat. Simmer for 1 hour covered and 1 hour uncovered.
