1-1/2 pounds carrots (about 8 medium)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Cut carrots crosswise into 2-1/2" pieces, then into 3/8" strips. Heat 1" salted water (1/2 teaspoon salt to 1 cup water) to boiling. Add carrots. Cover and heat to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer until tender, 18-20 minutes. Drain. Cook and stir remaining ingredients in 10" skillet until bubbly. Add carrots. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until carrots are glazed and heated through. About 5 minutes.
