2 pounds broccoli (5-6 cups)
1/2 stick oleo
2 cups chopped onions
6-8 tablespoons flour
6-8 cups water
1 large potato (about 2 cups)
1 teaspoon thyme
1 can evaporated milk
2 teaspoon chicken bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare broccoli, chop potatoes in small pieces. In large non-stick pot, put oleo, potatoes, broccoli and onion. Add water. Bring to boil. Stir bouillon in 1 cup hot water. Add to pot. Cook until broccoli is tender. Add milk and flour for thickening. Dissolve flour in 1 cup water and add slowly so as not to lump. Serve hot with a little cheese on top. You can also puree in a food processor.
