1 big head cabbage (chopped into small pieces)
5 packages Raman noodles (without seasoning)
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup cashews (can use peanuts)
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 bunch green onions (tops only)(optional)

DRESSING:
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in skillet. Break Raman noodles into oil. Add nuts. Saute until all are lightly browned. Drain on paper towel. Cool. Place in plastic bag until serving time. Refrigerate dressing for at least 1 hour.

Just before serving, mix cabbage, nuts and noodles thoroughly. Add dressing and onion if desired. Toss and enjoy.
