2 cans seasoned French cut green beans
1 package frozen baby green peas
celery
onions
green pepper
1/4-1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1/4-1/2 cup sugar
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
