1/4 cup butter or oleo 1/2 cup minced onion 1 pound ground chuck 1 tablespoon flour 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1 pound sliced mushrooms or 2 cans 1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup snipped parsley, chives or fresh dill
In hot oleo, saute onions till golden brown. Stir in meat, garlic, flour, salt, pepper, paprika and mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes. Add soup, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, sprinkle with parsley. Serve on hot mashed potatoes. fluffy rice, buttered noodles or toast.
