1 8-3/4 ounce can pineapple tidbits (drained-reserve juice)
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 1-pound can meat balls in gravy (Chef-Boy Ardee)
1 5-ounce can water chestnuts (sliced)
1 green pepper (cut in strips)
2 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple (reserving syrup). In a saucepan combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Blend in pineapple syrup, 1/2 cup water, vinegar and soy sauce.Cook and stir over low heat till mixture thickens. Saute bell pepper in soy sauce, carefully stir in meatballs, gravy, water chestnuts, green peppers and pineapple. Heat to boiling. Serve on rice. Garnish with tomatoes and Chinese noodles if desired.
