1-1/2 pounds hamburger or ground turkey
1 onion chopped
1/2 can tomato sauce
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

SAUCE:
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger, onion, tomato sauce, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper well.

Mix sauce ingredients an pour over meat mixture.

Bake 350 for 1 hour covered. Uncover and cook for about 15 minutes more.
