1 envelope onion soup mix
4 medium potatoes, about 2 lb., cut into chunks
1/3 C olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. In 13 x 9 inch pan combine all ingredients. Bake stirring occasionally 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
