1 pkg. butter cake mix
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 C diary sour cream
1/4 C water
1/4 C Crisco
Dash of green food coloring
4 T. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 to 1/2 C chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 7 ingredients with electric mixer. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and nuts in a separate bowl. Pour 1/4 of cake mixture into each of 2 loaf pans which have been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with 1/4 or sugar nut mixture. Add remaining cake mixture, and then sugar nut mixture on top. Bake 1 hour at 350. For 4 mini loaves bake 45 min.
