Fill crock pot to top with peaches. Add sugar. Cook on low for 12 hours. Stirring occasionally. At end of 12 hours add nutmeg, allspice and ground cloves. Turn to high and cook for 3-1/2 hours more. Then add vanilla. Fill jars and hot bath for 5 minutes until seal is created.
