1 cup flour
1 stick of butter or margarine
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 3-ounce package cream cheese
2 packages instant Pistachio pudding mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, butter or margarine and nuts. Press the flour/nut mixture into bottom of 9x13" pan.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Whip 1/2 pint of whipping cream till soft. Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Be careful not to whip the cream to soft. Add 1 3-ounce package cream cheese. Whip. Spread whipped cream mixture on cooled crust.

Make 2 packages instant Pistachio pudding mix according to directions. When pudding is fairly well set, pour evenly on whipped cream filling. Refrigerate till firm. Spread more whipped cream mixture over chilled pudding. Sprinkle with nuts. Keeps well.
