1-3/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and milk together. Add dry ingredients. For into small balls and roll in sugar.

Bake at 375 for 2-5 minutes. Remove from oven and press a Hershey Kiss into center of each cookie. Continue to bake 5-8 minutes more.
