3 pounds ground round
2 cups minced olives
2 chopped onions
2-1/2 cups enchilada sauce
2 dozen corn tortillas
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Fry tortillas in warm oil. Heat enchilada sauce and thicken after 1 can of water is added. Dip tortillas in sauce to soften. Spoon small amounts of cooked meat, olives, onions and cheese. Roll and place in baking dish. Top with cheese and pour enchilada sauce over tortillas. Heat in 325 oven. Serve at once.
