6 packages yeast
3- 3/4 cups water

3 cups water
3/4 cups honey
3 Tablespoons.. salt
1/2 cup + t Tablespoons.. shortening
9 cups whole wheat flour
9-10 cups white flour

Directions:
Directions:
dissolve yeast in 3- 3/4 cups water. add rest of ingredients and beat until smooth. Slowly add flour and knead 10 minutes. Let rise in very large bowl until double in size. Punch down and let rise 15-20 minutes. Put into greased pans. Let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

I love to make this "healthier" bread. You can add dill to taste and make wonderful dill bread too. So good for sandwiches
