5 large eggs
1/2 pound butter
1 cup sugar
1-3/4 plain flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pound glazed cherries
1 pound glazed pineapple
4 cups chopped pecans
1/2 ounce pure bottle vanilla extract
1/2 ounce pure lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar well, until fluffy. Add well beaten eggs and blend well. Chop nuts and fruit in a large bowl, add part of flour to coat fruit and nuts. Sift remaining flour and baking powder together. Fold in eggs and butter mixture. Add extracts and mix. Add fruit and nuts, mix well. Pour into a foil lined pan that has been sprayed with PAM. A bundt pan may be used also.

PLACE IN A COLD OVEN---DO NOT PREHEAT.

Bake at 250 for 1 hour or until done.
