1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
5 large eggs
1/2 cup pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs one at a time. Beating thorough after each addition. Add flour and juice a little at the time beating thoroughly. Beat at high speed for 3 minutes.

Bake in greased tube pan for 1 hour at 350.
