1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. thinly sliced green onions (including tops)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 loaf French bread, halved lengthwise

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, cheese, onion and garlic together. Spread on bread halves. Wrap each in foil and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours (THIS STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT).
Bake at 400 for 8 to 10 minutes or until puffed but not brown.
Cut into slices and serve.
