3 lb. new potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/3 c. cold water
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. ranch dressing
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. garlic powder
6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced red bell pepper
1/2 c. sliced green onion

Place potatoes and water in a 3 qt. microwave safe dish and cover.
Microwave on high 15 minutes or until tender; stirring after 8 minutes.
Mix dressings and seasonings in a large bowl.
Add potatoes and remaining ingredients.
