32 oz frozen cubed hashbrown potatoes, thawed
8 eggs
1 lb pork sausage
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 - 4 oz can chilies, drained
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage
In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, sausage, chilies and 1/2 c of cheese, salt and pepper. Spoon into 9 x 13 greased baking dish. In a bowl beat eggs and milk until smooth, pour over hashbrown mixture. Make uncovered @ 350 for 45-50 minutes or until golden. Top with remaining cheese.
