1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. carton pineapple, peach or your favorite "tropical" yogurt
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
1 cup coconut
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9-inch square pyrex baking dish. In a large bowl, blend the first 7 ingredients. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. In a small bowl, combine coconut, sugar and cinnamon and mix well. Sprinkle over the top of the batter. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
