5 c sugar
1 large (13 oz) can evaporated milk
1/4 lb butter or margarine
1 large (13oz) jar of Marshmallow Fluff
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Nuts optional
2 large 12 oz pkgs of semi-sweet chocolate bits.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a pan. Stir over medium heat until blended. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and continue boiling for 5 minutes. Do not mistake escaping air bubbles for boiling. Over cook rather than under-cook. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate and vanilla until chocolate is melted. Pour in a greased pan. Cool and cut into squares.
