2 c sifted cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup honey
3 eggs
Grated rind of 1 orange
1/2 c apple sauce
1 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
I cream together butter, sugar, and honey. Into this mixture I stir in the eggs, well beaten, until smooth. Next I stir in the flour just until mixed, then add the grated orange rind, apple sauce, and walnuts. I turn batter into pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes @ 325. Cool cake on wire rack, then cut into squares.
