1/4 lb bacon, chopped
1 c milk
1 stick butter
2 T red wine vinegar
1 lb pasta
2 eggs, whipped
1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the bacon in skillet until it is just crisp, ten add the milk and butter. As soon as the butter is melted, add the vinegar. This will turn the milk into cheese. Simmer this sauce for about 15 minutes, until it cooks smooth.
Cook favorite pasta al dente. Drain, and add to the skillet mixture, coating the pasta with sauce. Add the beaten eggs and parmesan cheese and toss.
Add salt & pepper.
