3/4 cup white Basmati rice (cook as directed)
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 pint of sour cream
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
1 small can green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients. Layer rice, cheese and chilies in a buttered casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
