2 10oz. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbs. minced onion
salt/pepper to taste
1 stick butter, melted
1 tube Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli, let boil for 5 minutes. Drain and mix with soup, eggs, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish. Mix crackers and melted butter. Spread on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
